Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This policy covers the LaybyKit website and early-access list. LaybyKit is operated by Corey Harris. If you have a question, email us at laybykit@outlook.com.

What we collect

  • Your email address, when you join early access.
  • Your store URL and what you mostly sell, if you choose to tell us. Both are optional.
  • When you signed up and which sign-up form you used.
  • A scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your IP address, used only to block spam and repeated sign-up attempts. It’s automatically deleted, usually within 24 hours.

Why we collect it

  • To email you about LaybyKit’s early access and launch.
  • To understand what kinds of stores are interested, so we build the right thing.
  • To keep the sign-up form free of spam.

We won’t use your details for anything else without asking you first.

We don’t sell your data

We don’t sell, rent or trade your details, and we don’t share them with other businesses for their marketing.

Who else handles it

  • Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the sign-up list for us. Cloudflare may store or process data outside Australia.
  • Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when the page loads.

How we protect it

Your details are stored in Cloudflare, with access limited to the operator.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you ask us to remove them, or until we no longer need them for early access and launch, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email laybykit@outlook.com from the address you signed up with, and we’ll do it within 30 days. You can also reply to any email we send to stop hearing from us.

Questions or complaints

Contact us first at laybykit@outlook.com. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
